Went to this Western Asian fusion resto in Admiralty with colleagues for lunch. .We all ordered the Three-Course Lunch Set (HKD328). The chowder soup was served with salted churro. It was quite creamy.
-Entrees:
-80Z USDA Prime Rib-eye Steak (+HKD70)
Prepared in tagliata style, the medium-rare steak was served with roasted cherry tomatoes, parmesan rocket salad and garlic veal jus. The steak was succulent and tender, and the cherry tomatoes added a pleasant sweetness.

Topped with pistachio nuts, the light-green dessert was creamy. Yet it didn't feel quite tiramisu to me.

Located at Asia Society Hong Kong, the resto boasted a modern interior design. Surrounded by trees, the high-ceiling windows helped create a tranquil and elegant ambiance. The staff was courteous and attentive.
