Mikandai, tangerine-fed sea bream, was thinly sliced yet the taste of tangerine was profound.
Guests could either let the staff cook the seafood at the table or grill by themselves. Crab paste was as rich as expected and the scallop topped with chopped fresh and deep-fried garlic was sweet and buttery.
The bones of the hokke were crispy and edible while the meat was pretty juicy.
Karaage had a fish and chips like batter, served piping hot with a crunchy coating and tender meat.
