Positive note is that the dish is not fishy. 🥓Italian Cold Cut Platter - 24 Months Parma Ham, Salami, Coppa Ham, Fresh Fruits: Cold cuts were not a big surprise. Will be better if there are more fruits to go with the ham. MAIN COURSE
🍝Gnocchi all'amatriciana served with Guanciale, Tomatoes, Basil: The texture of the gnocchi was good and the sauce hung well on it. Would be better if there is less sauce. 🍝Tagliatelle Al Pesto served with Cherry Tomatoes, Sun-dried Tomatoes and Black Olives: Pasta was cooked to al dente. Would be better if the flavours can be stronger DRINKS
🍫Hot Chocolate: Rich in flavours along with the cute art ADD-ON DESSERT
🍮Panna Cotta with Passion Fruit Purée: A bit watery but the flavours were there EXTRAS
🍟Truffle Fries with Truffle Mayonnaise: Hot and crispy. The truffle mayonnaise added even more truffle aromas to the fries
