◆Geoduck Sashimi
Served as finely cut slices. Fresh, sweet and crunchy.
◆Abalone
Could be eaten as a cold appetizer with soy sauce and wasabi, or warm it in the boiling soup for 30 secs to enhance the flavors.

Since the scallops were fresh, I didn't fully cook them so as to preserve the texture and briny flavors. Oysters were rich and slightly creamy.
◆Fish Maw
Didn't take long to cook for the fish maw to achieve a melt-in-the-mouth texture.
◆Hanger Steak
Big portion. Thick cuts. The beef was tender with a fair amount of fat content.

Bouncy squid balls. Both wonton and dumplings were finely seasoned with a smooth and silky wrapper.

The staff were polite and showed great hospitality. Definitely worth revisiting. Would like to try their homemade black truffle meatballs and chicken pot too.
