General: We took the free van from Tung Chung MTR station. The place was very packed on a Thursday night but still had some vacant tables. They have an english menu and the service was fast but very busy so sometimes the waitress did not hear us or ignored our calls. We took the free van from Tung Chung MTR station. The place was very packed on a Thursday night but still had some vacant tables. They have an english menu and the service was fast but very busy so sometimes the waitress did not hear us or ignored our calls. The place was very local: sitting on stools, plastic foil instead of a tablecloth and you had to wash your cutlery yourselves with tea. During our stay of maybe a little more than an hour there were 3 or 4 power outages when the whole restaurant went dark and the ventilators went off.
Food:
We had fried scallops with broccoli, twice fried pork belly with vegetables, salty egg yolk fried squid and fried egg with shrimps. The food came pretty fast and tasted very good! The price was not too cheap considering the area and that this place was very local but it was not too expensive too. 298 HKD for all dishes in total seems to be reasonable.
Overall:
Very local place but with great food. If you are in the Tung Chung area and want some good local chinese food or seafood this is the right place to check out. The fact that they have a free shuttle van and an english menu makes this place accessible for non locals as well.

題外話/補充資料:
Restaurant is in a remote area, however there are free shuttle vans from the Tung Chung MTR station to the restaurant and back
