As the glistening duck arrived at my table, I couldn't help but marvel at its perfectly crispy skin, which promised a delightful crunch with each bite. The chef's masterful carving technique showcased his expertise, and the meat beneath was tender though slightly dry.
Wrapping the duck in delicate pancakes, along with fresh cucumbers and a touch of hoisin sauce, elevated the experience to new heights. The combination of textures and flavors was exquisite, with the sweetness of the sauce balancing the savory elements.
At this price range, this is for sure a must-order for me!
🥟Dunplings noodles
The noodles were springy and had just the right amount of bite. The wontons themselves were generously filled with a savory mixture of minced pork and shrimp, creating a burst of flavors in every mouthful. The broth, fresh and aromatic, was the perfect accompaniment to the noodles, infusing them with its comforting essence.
🤔However, it's important to note that the overall environment of the restaurant left something to be desired. Upon entering, I noticed that the cleanliness of the establishment fell short of my expectations. The floor appeared dirty, and the overall tidiness of the dining area was lacking. This aspect did detract from the overall dining experience and left me feeling a bit uneasy.
