As a frequent consumer of pho around the world, I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the pho at this restaurant. The broth was rich and flavorful, with a strong beef taste that lingered without leaving any dryness in the mouth. However, during my first visit, the restaurant was understaffed with only two servers, which led to slower service. But during my second visit, they had five servers which improved the overall service experience. Despite this, I believe the delicious pho is well worth the wait and I will definitely be returning to this restaurant again.
