Watermelon Strawberry Cake has multiple layers. The middle layer is strawberries and watermelon. The second layer is rose cream and the base layer is almond. There are also some fragrant flowers on the surface 🍰.Unfortunately, I don't think my cake is consistent with the product photo which has very distinct and well arranged gradation 😅. Anyway, taste is delightful with rich texture 😋.It costs HKD 68 for the cake itself, with 10% service charge addition for stay there.
