We (three people) had lunch today. As our lunch time was 1 hour only, we hurried there and wanted to order asap. The waitress just ignored us even we asked many times for taking orders. She came and stared at us and held up a pen but not put order for us. Shown annoyance and walked away. We decided to walk out and went to her directly for putting order, she was angry and said we had to keep calm. She had her time. Eventually, she put down our orders in a piece of paper but walked to other tables
She requested three of us to sit in a v small table for 2. We puzzled how could the table can serve 3 appetisers, 3 drinks, a steak on a wooden board, a plate of spaghetti and a big pizza. She was v annoyed and said it could. Eventually, we had to hold our plates and eat. The plates could not be placed on the table cos there was not enough space. We also could not eat all the dishes at the same time. We must share and ate one by one. She pushed us to pour the steak in one of our plates so that she could place the spaghetti on the table. We entirely did't have the option to eat our own set lunch separately. We must hurried to eat one dish at a time.
After 40 mins, the pizza hadn't come yet. We asked about that. She said ok she would ask the kitchen to bake now. But we said it was too late and we couldn't wait any longer and we had to go. She immediately said the pizza was just put in the oven and we must not go and we must eat it. She continued we had to pay for it even we didn't eat it. We refused. She said it was none of her business, and ask us to talk to the cashier directly and said NO NEXT TIME! YOU GUYS ARE V TROUBLES.
The cashier said we had consumed an extra soup that supposed to go with the pizza. So we had to pay $50 for the soup. We paid. Actually the lunch set for a student there was just $55, that includes a pizza and a coke, or $9x for a business lunch that includes a soup + pizza+drink +dessert.
Loyal customers always brought colleagues to have lunch there have decided to vote by foot. NO NEXT TIME.
