NOC Coffee Co. is a nice addition joining the harbour front of Whampoa. The decor and location is epic as it’s right by the sea. Consider the outdoor seating on a not-too-hot weekend and spend your day sipping coffee while reading. The NOC Benedict comes with smoked salmonDirty consists of cold milk with shot of expressive.
