Endorsed by the Hong Kong Rice Noodles Concern Group (香港米線關注組), @noodlepotcome is THE go-to spot for generous portions and top-notch ingredients. We went to the Yuen Long branch (the other is in Tsuen Wan) and luckily didn’t have to wait as it was raining cats and dogs the day we visited. Their popularity was crystal clear with non-stop takeout orders streaming in during our meal. Their customizable options cater perfectly to picky eaters. Whether you prefer a clear broth (唔辣) or crave some hot
Their customizable options cater perfectly to picky eaters. Whether you prefer a clear broth (唔辣) or crave some hot & numbing (麻辣) or hot & sour goodness (酸辣 soup base, they've got you covered with spice levels from baby to extra fire! Don't like coriander or bean sprouts? Just let them know which ingredients to take out.
The Wenger version of cross-bridge rice noodles, this bowl is best for those who can’t make up their mind, featuring every ingredient you’ll want from yuba (dried tofu skin), mushrooms, shredded chicken, chicken wings, sausages, seaweed to fish rolls. Just be warned that the portion is gigantic, so better to share with a friend, especially if you've got a small stomach.

Probably the largest piece of pork jowl we’ve seen in HK. Tender and juicy, it's a must-try appetizer that won't disappoint.
Freshly fried, each bite was infused with the perfect hint of lemongrass. Highly recommended!
The amount of lettuce was so abundant that it was almost like a little mountain, even the oyster sauce on the side was overflowing
