Samosaaa currrrrrryyyyy naaaaaaaan that's about everything I know about Indian cuisine so I'm always happy for a chance to explore more hehe got to say I love their flavour profiles despite not being about to take spice. After visiting New Punjab Club, I have a newfound love for yoghurt and pomegranate, because of how well they go with almost all the dishes.First and foremost I LOVE THIER BRIOCHE BUNSSSSLOVE LOVE BIG LOVE. First and foremost I LOVE THIER BRIOCHE BUNSSSSLOVE LOVE BIG LOVE. The waiter sensed my excitement and asked if I wanted seconds, I thought it was free-flow buns HAHAHHAHA HAHAHAHA but turns out I had to pay for them lol sth like $18? 36? Its so fluffy and perfectly toasted and goes so well with the minced lamb ($188) served on the side. The vegetable samosa chaat($158) as very aesthetic (cover photo) and it somehow remind sme of those crazy ribs they serve in Thailand, maybe because of the way its stacked.
We also tried Indian cheese ($258) which was surprisingly light and refreshing as cheese goes, and it pairs nicely with fermented vegetable slices. Of course we needed some butter chicken ($258) and naan ($88) just because that's the one thing I can order off the top of my head haha we were soooo full we couldn't order dessert, so I have to be back soon!
