The black pork ramen here was delicious! There are so many elements that go into a good bowl of ramen. First you have the broth, which is typically a mix of pork, chicken, seafood and vegetables. The soup here was awesome, rich but not too creamy. Then you have the toppings, which is black pork. The thin slice of black pork is sweet and succulent. They gave me in total 6 slices of black pork. So generous that I decided to finish them all!And of course you can’t forget the ramen noodles. They are

And of course you can’t forget the ramen noodles. They aren’t the same as your typical pasta noodles you find in Italian dishes. Ramen noodles are actually alkaline noodles made from wheat flour, baking soda, and water, which makes them more chewy and resilient in a hot soup. The noodles were springy / bouncy the way I enjoyed it.
We will come back for this rich and tasty broth with just the right amount of toppings and the generous amount of barbequed black pork!
