Oyster Platter with Scallops, Sea Urchin and Ark ShellThe main character of this restaurant must be this oyster platter with scallops, sea urchin and ark shell. There are five different kinds of oysters from different parts of the world, namely Coffin Bay (Australia), Tia Maraa Pearl, Irish Gigas (Ireland) and La Perie Noire. The waiter kindly taught us the name of the oysters and which part of the world they came from before we started, and she also taught us the correct sequence of enjoying the oysters. We were provided with the tobaco sauce and lemon slices for the oysters, and wasabi and soy sauce for the sashimi.
The scallops were gigantic in size and extremely soft in texture. The sea urchin were quite sweet and actually tasted of the flavor of the ocean. Ark shell were also huge and very enjoyable indeed.

This dish was absolutely fantastic as there were quite a lot of tremendous clams. The sauce was very well complemented with the clams and they definitely enhanced the flavor as a whole. However, the soup base itself was not made for drinking on its own, so do bear in mind about that.
Lobster Spaghetti with cream sauce

This is by far, HANDS DOWN, one of the best lobster spaghetti that I have ever tried in my entire life. The cream sauce was super rich in flavor and very well matched with the pasta. The texture of the spaghetti was al dente, which was my favorite. There are a generous amount of lobster as well, relatively much more than those often found in other restaurants. I would absolutely love to come back solely for this dish!
All in all, it was a lovely oyster night indeed. We enjoyed the oyster platter and the lobster spaghetti especially. They really made my day! I would definitely recommend coming with friends or your beloved ones.
