New Korean noodle joint that became an instant sensation, with 3 new branches opening after the success of their Wanchai shop. Came to see if it’s living up to the hype for their house made noodles, dumplings and banchan. We ordered the chicken noodle and Yukgaejang Noodle (Spicy Beef Noodle) combo sets to share, with a pork and a kimchi dumpling to go with the set. The noodles were springy but a bit too starchy for my taste. The chicken breast and the beef were a tad dry. The chicken broth was alright. I also like the kimchi (cabbage and carrots) and the barley rice that came with the set. The dumplings had a nice thin wrapper and the stuffings were fresh.
