岩岩開張嘅時候,真係見到佢排晒隊,原來依家已經有七間分店✨今次試咗🐮辣牛肉湯麵($98)🐔雞湯麵($88)兩個都配咗一款唔同味嘅餃子🥟小編比較推介雞湯麵,入邊真係有差唔多半隻雞🐔,好足料👍🏻係韓國傳統湯嘅味道,食落暖笠笠!食呢啲嘅雞唔要求要嫩口,但佢都唔會話鞋熠熠,好易拆肉~配埋小菜泡菜同埋蘿蔔,食得好舒服,小菜仲係可以refill!不過可能係我唔識欣賞個餃子,見到侍應係由一個蒸咗好耐嘅爐拎出嚟,口感好一般😂

- Highly suitable for a cold ❄️I heard of this Korean place when it first opened in causeway bay, little did I know that they now have 4-5 branches in Mong Kok, Wanchai, TST, North Point etc! So be prepared🤓 The servers are very nice and helpful; and it seems that they do not set a time limit for eating, so its good if you want to chit chat with your friends ;pThe restaurant offers combos for those who want to try their snacks! 🍙Pork Bone Spicy Noodles🐖 ($98) The noodles were indeed quite spicy, but I do not think that it was too overwhelming where I cannot taste anything else. The noodles were very chewy and the veggies/ perilla leaves add a nice crunch to the texture. There were two large pork bones and it did go very well with the soup, but there was not a lot of meat in it, something to be aware of for meat lovers👀Kimchi Dumpling (side order) This is the snack we picked for our combo ;p there are also selections like kimbap, pork dumplings and many more! 10分滿分,總分2.5🐑韓國料理,該怎樣形容好呢?說得好聽一點,就是家庭式味道,直接一點,就是粗劣粗製,毫無技巧、毫無功夫可言。今年3月份剛於銅鑼灣軒尼斯道新開業的서울제면소Seoul Noodles,可謂當中的佼佼者。今日分別點了辣牛肉湯麵及牛骨湯麵套餐,每個套餐包含了一份醃蘿蔔、一份泡菜、一份迷你紫菜飯及汽水飲品。麵應該是自製的,麵質較軟稔,缺乏彈性,唯掛湯能力良好,配以辣牛肉麵湯,味道尚可,但用之配以牛骨湯就是一場災難。牛骨湯湯色雖白,卻沒有半點兒牛骨、牛肉、甚至牛脂應有的味道,淡而無味。面對無味牛骨湯該如何是好?醃蘿蔔,一整碟放進去,沒有作用;辣泡菜,一整碟放進去,只見其色不見其味;辣椒醬汁,一整碟放進去,呀!好像開始有點鹹味了!最後還得要將15匙羹辣麵湯放進去,才有可喝下去的成品。要客人自溝味道食物才可入口,倒不如乾脆叫客人自己走入廚房煮好了。牛肉方面,牛骨湯麵內的是牛腩切片,一碗7、8片,份量可以,可惜同樣無味得可憐,要靠蘸蘸辣椒醬汁才可入口。而辣牛肉湯麵內的牛肉呢?起初上枱時還以為是廚師忘了放牛肉,誰知原來是放在一旁的一堆爛鬼湯渣手撕肉碎。沒錯,就是湯渣手撕牛肉,肉的味道,不用多說了。至於蒸餃,不提也罷,一籠兩隻,黏在一起蒸,穿皮是必然的吧,加上本身蒸過火,時間久了,餃子未被夾起而餃皮早已爆了,可謂出師未捷身先死。粗菜不要當上菜,大大碗麵吃得你飽已經是皇恩浩蕩,最好不要有要求,不要有期望。

我們兩個人本來點了一個辣牛肉麵一個排骨麵,後來上了兩個辣牛肉麵,我們問他為何兩個辣牛肉麵,他說我們點了兩個辣牛腩麵一個排骨麵另一個是加了套餐。然後我和他們講未上的排骨麵可否取消,他說不能取消,但他們又遲遲不上排骨麵給我們、後來我們也費事和他再爭論叫他排骨麵轉外賣,跟著我們埋單時看看他們又收了我們一個套餐的收費,我就問他你們都沒有上套餐的食物,他就即刻說跟我們取消。這樣我才領略到韓國人的不講理,就當我們點錯了,而他們又未上的單他們就堅持不能取消,但他們自己錯了無上的單就可以立即取消。
