Suits 2.0 has opened on Jervois Street at the end of last year, they had taken a short break in the past few weeks and have reopened its doors on 1 April 2022. All their pastries are prepped and made in the restaurant. And the lemon cake was one of the newest additions, and I was one of their first customers to trial it out! How lucky😝!
The tangy lemon cake was super moist with a slightly dense texture, and was enhanced by the use of Kombu for a more earthy and umami note, the contrast of taste was pretty intriguing with some crumble bits. This is the perfect snacking item!
