The tropical-themed design at @1111ones definitely reminds me of the Antelope Canyon at AZ! Every dish here contained unique Cantonese flavors, which was very impressive. The plating was exquisite and also reflected the tropical design of the restaurant.My favorite starter was the Beef, which was lightly torched. The leek provided a sense of Canton flavor and paired very well with the meat. As meat lovers, we also had the Westholme Wagyu Ribeye as one of the mains. The meat was perfectly cooked

My favorite starter was the Beef, which was lightly torched. The leek provided a sense of Canton flavor and paired very well with the meat. As meat lovers, we also had the Westholme Wagyu Ribeye as one of the mains. The meat was perfectly cooked and extremely juicy. The puree on the side was buttery and rich. I was especially impressed by the Chinese yam noodles as the side - the taste was simple yet flavorful, and toned down the strong flavors of the meat. The Fish was inspired by Sichuan pickled fish, which was very creative. The Chuanbei ice cream, as the dessert, contained apple slices and provided a sense of freshness after all the dishes with rich flavors. Definitely a wonderful and exquisite experience - would love to be back again!
