Working in SPK these days gives me a chance to explore the abundant food scenes. This intimate restaurant with turquoise walls serves amazing fusion dishes and got my mind blown. Another must-try: pulled pork waffle sandwich that is stacked like a burger. Very juicy cheesy slow-cooked pork belly, with a slice of tomato and crunch lettuce, sandwiched between two thick egg waffles. Very creative and delicious.

More fusion: mala chicken frittata on a hot hot pan. I mean, the chef is really smart to put spicy saliva chicken into the pillowy cheesy baked egg! That made it addictively satisfying and scrumptious, mala fans should try.
