Today, I suddenly had a strong craving for Korean seafood pancake. Then, the seafood pancake arrived—a sizable and generously filled piece. Every bite had a good amount of ingredients. The chef made it thin and crispy, so it didn't taste doughy at all.
Next, I ordered the kimchi tofu soup. Since it was served in a stone pot, it remained piping hot throughout the meal. It was a perfect complement to rice!
Lastly, I ordered the seaweed rice roll. It was filled with various ingredients such as egg, shredded cucumber, pickled radish, and a touch of sesame oil. It was fragrant without being greasy. I enjoyed eating it spoon by spoon.
