First, my family and I totally 3 persons was served to table in the most near outside of the restaurant , there was one sofa-4 seat table inside the restaurant was available but the senior staff man reject to assign to us, he said by reason of “ RESERVED”, and when we left after 1hr more , the table was still available and only marked as “ Reseved” by without guest to use .
I strongly felt that “ reserved ” is the excuse to provide nothing service to us, reject to provide a simple request by change of sofa-table.
The reason of change table is because of the light in the seats we sat were too bright which caused my husband was dizzy, he need to change seat with me, and our table without any basket for storage our clothes under the table but other table with basket. Moreover, nil of dish were provided even our order of salad placed on my table. I need to ask the senior staff man to provide to us.
The first time I came in Nov2023, the senior man also provided to us with bad service by no basket to storage clothes and arranged us to sit in the non-sofa table , we had many belongings and was put under table even our bags.
I hope to find the contact to feedback the owner of the restaurant to know if there was a nomination of the worst service in CWB, this shop must be the top rank.
