🐟Seared Sea Bass - Smoked Haddock & Clam Chowder: The sea bass was delicious, crispy on the outside , flakey and soft on the inside. The clam chowder was very tasty and went well with the sea bass 
🧁Dessert🍮Crème Brûlée: Was a bit stiff, doesn’t feel like Crème Brûlée
🍎Apple and Almond Tart - Creme Fraiche Ice Cream, Almond Brittle: A very good combination with the warm tart and the ice cream 
🍷WinesChateau Ormes De Pez Saint-Estephe 2012: A very nice full-bodied wine to go with the meal
Food was awesome 😋It’s very nice to have very professional sommeliers in providing professional wine recommendations 👍🏻
