🥩Pan-fried Grass-fed Beef Tenderloin with GODIVA Dark Chocolate Truffle Sauce: Beef tenderloin was nicely cooked and tender. Loved the bits of truffle aroma. The mashed potato was fluffy.

🌰Chestnut Mousse: Loved the strong chestnut aromas. Would be better if the sweetness can be tuned down a bit.🎄Christmas Macaroon: Cute presentation. The flavours were the expected Macaroon tastes.
🫐Fresh Blueberry Tart: A refreshing treat.
