Booked for a party of 7. Had 9 courses and must saw all were delicious! Added some photos of what we had. I would recommend any of those dishes. Presentation, smell and taste were excellent! My favorite were, fired fish with yuzi sauce, golden shrimp with duck egg yoke, smoked pigeon and Uni ( Sea urchin) fried rice. The Charsiu was also fantastic! Having the table next to the window was extra special, enjoying Hong Kongs skyline and watching boats go by while having dinner. Definitely a
