With Covid restrictions easing, my friend and I decided to take a day off and organized an fancy and elegant day for ourselves. Since it was just the two of us and we wanted to try all kind of dim sum but worry that we might not be able to finish all the food, we booked Ming Court Wanchai for their Dim Sum tasting menu. It was hard to book but the wait was totally worth it!! We portion was perfect and gave us the chance to try EVERYTHING. I especially love the Deep fried Taro puff pastry with black truffle. I hesitant a bit but the Taro and black truffle totally fit with each other. The pan fried gluten rice with chicken was beyond expectation. It was heavy like what I was used to. The one on this menu always melt in your mouth. Everything else was great too. It took my standard of dim sum to the next level. We finished off with Milk pudding in ginger sauce as dessert. It clears up my taste pallets and leave a refreshing taste to finish my meal. It definitely fit our girls day out theme: elegant and diversity.

The service was top notch as well. The server explained every dish to us so we know the dishes really well. Definitely coming back again
