Not sure if the food served for Dining City Restaurant Week are of lower quality, but really such a disappointing experience for our first visit to Cantina 🥺Despite the spacious environment with modernised vintage interior design, food served are like what you can get from a local cafe - mostly seems to be made from frozen seafood or pre-packages food🤔< 𝐒𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 >𝐃𝐞𝐞𝐩-𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐠𝐧𝐨𝐜𝐜𝐨 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐚 𝐡𝐚𝐦 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐨 𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐰𝐧𝐬, 𝐬𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐠𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐦𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐞 - s

𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐰𝐧𝐬, 𝐬𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐠𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐦𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐞 - super oily and not much taste in general 🥹

𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐬 & 𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐭 𝐛𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐚 - taste average but guess its already the best dish
𝐒𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐠𝐡𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐞𝐚 𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧 (+𝟕𝟎𝐡𝐤𝐝) - only 1g sea urchin🤣 nothing special for the 🦑 spaghetti

𝐆𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐢 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐨, 𝐍𝐝𝐮𝐣𝐚, 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐥𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐬𝐚𝐮𝐜𝐞 𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐞 - 😢 looks awful and tasteless
𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐬 𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐬𝐭𝐲𝐥𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐬, 𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬 - 😢 overcooked and looks like having a 2nd day lunchbox of the meal cooked the night before

- 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨 𝐝𝐢 𝐐𝐮𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐭𝐨 𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟗, 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢, 𝐓𝐨𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐚 𝐈𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐲 $𝟏𝟐𝟖 - OK, but have to mention that the first glass of wine served was from a bottle opened the day before, good that the staff agreed and pour a new glass afterwards 🤔
💭 100% sure won’t come back for food, probably hh would be fine? 🫣
