Three people had lunch on Monday night. We arrived at 7:00 p.m. and it was about half-full.南乳粗齋煲Surprisingly, it was not too salty and oily. The vegetables (e.g. pak choi, beans, eggplant) just absorbed the slight taste of 南乳. It tasted quite good. 污糟雞The name is really quite ugly. It was not dirty at all. The chicken was soft and tender. Not over-cooked. I think it should be fresh chicken. 鮑汁章魚雞粒炒飯The rice was fired very well, not too wet nor too dry. Not sure whether there is real 鮑汁

Overall, the food, service and environment is fine. It is, however, not cheap. I will choose Ming Court in Longham Hotel for a little bit more expensive but higher quality.
