After being impressed by a delicious dinner here, we returned to try their dim sum, and it didn’t disappoint. Most of the dishes were flavourful and beautifully presented. Highlights included the shrimp dumplings and the Iberico char siu rice rolls, where it was clear that premium ingredients were used. While the truffle mushroom siu mai and caviar crab dumpling brought luxurious twists to familiar tastes, the crispy walnut cookies and bird’s nest buns were a perfect way to end the meal. However, the pork liver siu mai fell a bit flat in flavour, and the mango pomelo sago was a touch too sour for our liking.

Though the waiting time between dishes was slightly long, we would still love to return in the near future.
