Lunch set
•Simmered Beef in Pickled Vegetable Broth - served with winter melon soup, vegetable rice and edamame. Fragrant Sichuan peppercorn. Slightly spicy and sour.
Vegetarian Dishes
•Deep-fried Eggplant Chips - sweet and crunchy. Exactly like fried dough twists.
•Yam Sticks with Scallion Oil - slimy and healthy. Mild-flavored.
•Pan-fried Vegetable Dumplings - 5 big pieces of gyoza made with finely chopped veggies
