What a deep fried Friday to celebrate the end of work week and I have to share the goodness for more deep fried cravers to pop by! Restaurant was pretty small. My friend arrived earlier to get a seat before the queue. Menu served both authentic and seasonal fusion options. Every junk option definitely made you drool. Order made along their counter. Burger wrapping was well designed, just like the old school American burger wrapper. Burgers smelled incredibly nice. Beef patty was homemade. Cooked just right, savoury and peppery. Smoky but not burnt. The oil dripped down to the veggies and absorbed by the bun. Bun was lightly toasted. Slight buttered while heating on the grease left from the burger. Love they sandwiched with caramelised onion which gave some sweetness from such a strong flavour greatness. What an indulgence! Fried chicken was very moist. Crispy batter with well seasoned chicken. Both burgers are well presented and finger licking good!
Sweet potato fries tasted natural. Lightly dusted with salt while strong sweet potato flavour. Crispy, salty and sweet. Perfect as a side.
Seaweed and fried egg yolk fries was okay. I was expecting this would be something blowing my mind. Couldnt taste much from the seaweed. Intense salted egg flavour but the coat kind of making the fries slight soggy. At least none of them were crispy. Not my favourite tonight.
Signature onion rings definitely worth it tonight! Giant onion rings with thin crispy coating. Batter was mixed with black sesame which gave extra nuttiness. Onion were thick cut with double layers which doubled the sweetness. Coating attached so well on every bite. Every bite was clean. It was madnessly delicious! One of the best I had!
After tonight, I have no doubt to come back again and again. Not only try out other goodness plus I want more fried goods OMG!
