Just by looking at the menu, you can already tell this can never go wrong! Other than the grilled items in the menu, they also had some refreshing side dishes like sesame oil with bean sprouts, spinach, pickled radish and of course, their homemade kimchi. The kimchi is just right for my taste which is a bit on the sweeter side and less spicy compare to the very traditional ones. Though I don’t mind it to be a little bit more spicy. I think we might have already finished at least half of it before the meat came. The stewed ox tongue is surprisingly good. Not a hint of the usual strong smell and is very tender.

As a barbecue restaurant, the ingredients are very fresh. And for my favorite meat, it definitely has to be the Hanwoo chuck roll! Chuck roll is actually a very rare part of a cow. (see, we had to search it. It was this good!) And no wonder, the rare ones usually tastes better. Every bite is an explosion of that rich rich meaty flavor, so tender and juicy. It’s as if it was melting in my mouth. And I just want to quickly mention the cuttlefish. Was quite worried that the texture would be too hard like the ones I had before, but surprisingly it was so soft and tender.

看到菜單就不用多說了吧,一個字 —— 棒!除了菜單裡的燒肉外,還有各樣的配菜,包括麻油芽菜,菠菜,醃蘿蔔,當然就不少得他們自家製的泡菜啦。泡菜不得不說剛好符合小編的愛好,偏甜一點的,雖然辣味可以再強一些。等肉來到時,大概已經吃了一半泡菜了嘻嘻。作為前菜的大醬蘿蔔牛舌挺有驚喜的。牛舌不但不怕腥,肉質也非常的嫩。

作為燒肉店,食材非常新鮮。至於最愛的燒肉就非韓牛肩肉莫屬啦。查了一下,原來牛肩肉在一頭牛裡面可以取得的量很少,果然好吃的東西還是比較稀有啊。它的肉味非常濃郁,咬下去後滿口都充滿著油脂的香,而且有一種入口即溶的感覺。這已經瞬間成為小編以後必定會點的燒肉之一。在這邊也想特別提一下大墨魚。吃之前一直擔心墨魚會不會太硬,事實上它一點也不怕難咬,很軟糯。

好了,放肆完是時候要找數了,這幾天額頭多了幾顆痘痘,要清清腸胃了。
