Having relatively hope on my first visit to this new restaurant in a new hotel and have booked dinner for my husband birthday celebration. Turned out the software does not live up to the hardware. Servicing staff are inexperience from reception to servers to manager, selection on menu is limited, the 4 courses set dinner promoting Korean beef is just not well thought through, as if the chef has never tasted it himself. Beef tartar and soup were tasteless, beef was overcooked, because its the spare rib cut in a creative way instead of the traditional Korean bbq cut, the long tendon that comes with it ended up stuck in between my teeth and irritated the heck outta me for the rest of the dinner. All the dishes were garnished with readily made kimchi and marinated dry fishes anyone can buy from Apita. The most unbelievable part is the cheese cake for dessert, which is literally by putting a melted sliced cheese on top of a piece of cake!! I'm sorry but this is not the type of high end dining I can appreciated. I felt sorry for the hotel/restaurant for hiring such a heartless or bad taste chef who ruin the brand name even before it gets popular. Oh we were so frustrated that we left without being served tea or coffee. No one care to remind us anyway.
