鮨 央泰 Sushi Hisayoshi went on a heavenly culinary journey with our tastebuds.

Each dish was artfully curated to ensure its tenderness and tastefulness. The fresh ingredients also heightened our gustatory experience.

The signature dishes of this omakase include its tako sashimi, which was so tender that the meat flowed through our mouth. Meanwhile, the taro that melted on our tongue. The seared ebi(prawn) sushi 🍣 was also a sweet delight. One cannot miss the tamago(egg), it is specially made like sponge cake. Another point worth highlighting is its sustainable food preparation, they make use of the fish bones to slow boil the soup.
