My family and I are curious for the Grand opening of Wellcome Fresh. We go to Shek Tong Tsui to shop around and we stop at this restaurant close to MTR station. We ordered oyster congee, pan fried oyster cake, combination of duck meat and fried noodles in Chiu chow style. The food is kind of light when it compares to other Chiu Chow restaurant. The downside is the soy sauce not rich enough so it’s a bit disappointed. The noodle is like those kind of fish cake which we can buy from store. To sum
