This restaurant is located in the heart of the middle between Central and Sheung Wan. It is easy to access by tram, bus or minibus because they are at the main road. MTR Sheung Wan station is closiest using exit E5 and 2min walk. If you drive, you can park in the public parking lot next to Shuk Tak Centre or Man Yee Building. There are some meter parking but need to walk a distance in Sheung Wan area. There are both lift and elevator, so wheelchair is ok. Ambience is excellent, clean and tidy, small but cozy. Service quality is excellent too. They do not have restroom inside the restaurant and have to use the one outside in Nan Fung Place. It is very clean and neat. They do charge corkage and cake cutting for your information. Menu is easy to read. They have a stand for ipad and it‘s easy to scroll up & down. There are quite a few set menus or you can order A La Carte. We have 5 people and I ordered 4 set menu plus 2 separate dishes to try. One of the Dragon‘s signature dish - Spicy crispy prawn ball (椒麻脆皮大蝦球) is very good. Crispy outside with green pepper flavor. The other signature dish is the roasted chicken with black sesame (芝麻脆皮吊燒雞). It is very good too. The sesame outside did not overcook. The taste is just right, not too salty at all. The meat is tender!
The set menu include soup, some dim sum, a big bowl of seafood rice in seafood soup and a dessert (guava cream soup). This rice in soup is so delicious and seafood includes one big lobster, prawns, scallops and abalone. The taste is really good. Each one can have 2-3 bowls. The seafood is very fresh… With these food quality and service, price performance is reasonable. The venue there is comfortable and bright. It‘s worth to try again…
