Next up was the Silky Fowl Soup with Fish Maw and Sea Conch, a warm and comforting dish that set the tone for the main course. Speaking of which, the King Prawns Dual-tossed in Mango Puree and Golden Salty Egg Yolk were an absolute highlight—juicy and bursting with flavor! The Steamed Grouper with Egg White and Ginger was light and refreshing, while the 48 Hours Slow-cooked Beef was melt-in-your-mouth tender. The Braised Pearl Rice with Matsutake Mushroom, Morel, and Sea Urchin was a luxurious touch, elevating the entire dining experience.
We wrapped up our meal with a delightful Jasmine Tea Flavored Panna Cotta, which was the perfect balance of sweetness and floral notes. For an extra indulgence, we also tried the Smoked BB Pigeon with Chinese Herb and Coffee Bean—a unique dish that was both smoky and aromatic.
