Finally had the chance to come for a breakfast. The restie has a chill and cosy enviornment. I arrived at 10:45am and there were still plenty of seats. Once I sat down the waitress presented the menu to me. I always prefer menu with one paper only cuz it's simpler to read and decide what to pick.Who could have left Classified without trying their Egg Royale? Who could have left Classified without trying their Egg Royale? So yes you guess right I ordered Egg Royale.
Egg RoyalePoached Egg, Smoked Salmon, English Muffins, Topped with Hollandaise Sauce. The eggs were nicely poached as the egg yolk was soft and running. The restie also did a good job making the Hollandaise Sauce. Some resties made the suace too sour because they added too much lemon juice in. The Hollandaise was just right here. I also appreciate the fact that they keep the traditional English muffins as their choice for the base. I went to Simplylife Bakery Cafe (Kowloon Tong) before and they used french bread instead. It was too hard and crunchy for me to cut across the Egg Benedict. I ended up eating it by hand. But yes the Egg Royale here is awesome.
Breakfast TeaA nice cup of English Breakfast Tea to complete my breakfast. The tea was ordinary but still nice. Yet the tea in the pot was cooling down very quicly. Not sure whether it's cuz of the cold weather or not but a nice cup of hot tea is always preferred.
