That day, I joined the orientation camp held by the Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Hong Kong. We formed a group with sophomore students bringing us to have a delicious dining experience. We ordered Grass-grazed 5oz British Sirloin Steak and Eggs and with drinks like temper cooler as well. The drinks was refreshing. The environment is comfortable as well. Most importantly, with the university student card, we are offered a 50% off for the whole meal.

We went here on a recommendation and were not let down. The sausages, bacon and all were truly excellent. The coffee was excellent (for Hong kong standards) and the fruit juices and smoothie were also great. The service was polite and efficient and nothing was too difficult for them. The only problem we had was concerning the cooking of eggs, Poached eggs were a bit hard - according to my wife who likes them runny as per normal and the scrambled eggs that were asked for well done were not well d

Very average food. Baba ghanoush seemed to be made of boiled blended eggplant with cumin - we couldn’t even eat it. Shakshuka was very lazily made: over baked 5 eggs with huge chunks of onion and bell peppers (188$, so not worth it). Smoothie was ok but weird gloggy texture. Absolutely NOT the place to get decent food.

從來沒留意到交易廣埸有這家西餐廳，機緣巧合下嘗到了兩款外賣：Pan-fried Salmon Fillet 三文魚扒煎得不錯，雖然很厚，但不會很粗糙很乾。旁邊除了有些嫩綠的沙律菜和車厘茄外，還有些紅色的似是石榴籽的東西：外層如西瓜般爽脆，中間的種子顏色白白的，形狀則是西瓜籽與提子核之間。這種籽外層可吃的部分很少，須小心咀嚼才可避免咬破中間的種子並把整顆吐出來，實在非常麻煩。Spaghetti & Meatballs $128吃第一口意粉時，連同貌似是蕃茄皮的紅色卷曲薄片吃下去，誰知道口腔裏愈嚼愈火辣！難度那塊皮是辣椒皮？還是意粉裏混了辣椒醬或辣椒籽？後來發現意粉裏有好大顆的黑椒。。。不好辣的我完全吃不下去，無法「吃個究竟」，只知道要找清水和牛奶解辣。因為太辣，辣得我完全忘記了要影相。雖然意粉是辣的，肉丸卻完全不辣。牛肉丸表皮微脆，質感跟彈牙、爽口的中式牛丸或牛肉球完全不同；肉質和味道都不錯。

是日有朋友包場，可以一試classified既brunch reception。平時佢既brunch食過幾次，都ok既。Menu如下，由starter到dessert都有。無試哂所有野。Roasted butternut squash salad南瓜唔夠甜，不過都唔錯既，無乜太濃既醬汁，有少少芝士調味。Rocket & cauliflower salad平時唔太好cauliflower，不過佢飽肚又低卡。驚喜地佢整得唔錯，唔會太硬，rocket又唔苦。Piri chicken我無食，不過同伴話幾辣。Glazed salmon幾滑，唔錯。Baby carrot略嫌無味，如果加啲pepper之類更好。Three cheese Mac & CheeseMac & cheese一直係小妹既大愛，好香。Brussel sprouts有啲驚喜，平時煮得唔好會好苦！服務唔錯，效率高。如果想book地方搞小party可以考慮。

好姊妹轉咗新工喺中環返工，我見得閒就過嚟搵佢食晏，於是就搵到呢間喺交易廣場嘅 classified好彩我早少少過嚟攞位，中午時間嘅中環真係好多人！ 同好姊妹share咗兩個main course下面係龍蝦汁蝦意大利飯 ，上面嘅係煙三文魚egg Benedict個飯偏鹹咗少少但係啲汁都幾香，同埋好足料！每一啖都有切成小塊嘅蝦，唔錯唔錯 。上面嘅egg Benedict 好正！煙三文魚好肥美同埋大塊，我哋share完都飽曬啦！呢間餐廳可以再一戰

首先不得不提嘅係兩個甜品賣相幾精緻😍雪糕係高質嘅 雲呢拿味同牛奶香濃 如果有睇過我之前嘅post (未睇可以用下面hastag搵返個post~) 都知呢個雪糕有滿滿嘅云呢拿籽 真材實料！🍨搭配上一眾嘅berry家族 同埋好似消化餅嘅餅乾碎 完全做到我聽一個大廚講嘅標準：集香甜、軟滑、酸甜、脆口、精美於一身👅另一甜品都唔錯 個紅莓雪糕酸酸甜甜 好開胃 配上特濃朱古力撻 成個配搭好match 好fresh🍓注意⚠️：甜品餐牌可能會唔同-It is important to note that the desserts are delicate. 平時好少同朋友去中環食飯，唔係咁知道中環有啲咩餐廳係好味又抵食，所以上網搵咗好耐先搵到一間試下。同朋友大概兩點去到餐廳，可能因為過咗lunch Time，餐廳入面唔算太多人，唔洗等位就可以入座。我哋四個人帶咗一份細地中海式番茄焗雞蛋、傳統番茄芝士薄餅同埋一個四重芝士通心粉。原先仲想叫多一個黑松露野菌意大利飯，但係已經賣晒。傳統蕃茄芝士薄餅上面嘅番茄酸酸甜甜又有芝士香，薄餅批底比較薄身但又有小小麵包嘅煙韌感，所以都唔錯。而地中海式蕃茄焗雞蛋用熱嘅小pan裝住，仲有啲包伴碟。雞蛋係咪完全熟晒但只要開同下面嘅蕃茄汁撈勻佢就會慢慢有半熟嘅狀態，撈完之後就好似蕃茄蛋花汁，放少少喺麵包上面食感覺就冇咁濕，而且個包亦都可以吸收少少番茄汁嘅香味。雖然雞蛋未熟晒會好容易有漏嘅感覺，但係因為番茄入面加咗香草一齊煮，所以有清新嘅感覺。四重芝士通粉初頭望落好似好細份，但係佢都有一定嘅厚度，而且再加上佢有四種唔同嘅芝士獨有味道，令到個通心粉散發出香味，不過如果食唔慣芝士嘅朋友就會覺得呢個通心粉會好漏。總括而言， 餐廳食物都唔錯，而且環境輕鬆，可以慢慢坐低食同傾計。

和朋友在中環午餐，要選一個不是人頭湧湧的地方真是不容易。幸好，這家餐廳早上已開門，接受電話訂座，解決了找地方午膳的煩惱。 到了餐廳，我們獲安排坐窗邊的卡座。餐牌主要是意粉、意大利飯、全日早餐和沙律等。我們點了一客意粉和一客意大利飯分享。 白汁海鮮意粉 海鮮包括鮮蝦、三文魚和比目魚。鮮蝦非常彈牙，顯得十分新鮮可口；三文魚呈粉紅色，肉質鮮嫰，帶有鹹香；比目魚一梳梳的肉質，味道鮮甜。意粉滑不溜口，配了濃濃的白汁，更感惹味。 野菌意大利飯 食物一上桌，已嗅到陣陣野菌的芳香，再加上芝士的香氣，已令人醒神。意大利飯煮得外軟內硬，每一顆米粒都沾了野菌汁的香味，伴著野菌粒一起吃，增添了口感。 食物味道不錯，環境不算嘈雜，是午餐的好去處。

中環近碼頭嗰邊，要搵間唔太貴又有得訂坐嘅餐廳相當困難。IFC 裡三舊水已差唔多係最低消費，但都係比較食環境；行返去蘭桂坊嗰邊又太遠。Exchange Square 嘅 Classified 係少有嘅清泉，早上七點半已經開門可以訂位，唔洗去到十一點先碰運氣，價錢又唔算太貴。其實佢最正係個burger, 不過呢個 Fried chicken sub 都幾好食。大大塊雞扒，加優質嘅煙肉同埋芝士，睇樣都知正。加埋薯條，大食嘅都夠飽。
