The truffle fries are a must-order item on the menu! Fries are freshly made-to-order, served piping hot and really crispy. Topped with braised shiitake tempeh, truffle mayo and sweet pickled daikon, these ingredients altogether elevated the taste of the dish! Second fav is the brussel sprouts, which are sautéed with fish sauce caramel, chilli, peanuts and lime. Salty-sweet with no bitter taste and crispy with a slight brown on the edges!

Opted for their signature (Pork belly bao) and it didn’t disappoint me! Their slow braised pork belly is succulent and flavourful. The amount of fat was just right and was so tender that it melted in my mouth! Fried chicken was crispy with a batter which was not thick at all. The steamed bun was so soft and fluffy too! Ps. The size of the buns was a lot bigger than we expected haha 😳
𝙳𝚎𝚜𝚜𝚎𝚛𝚝
These mini dessert buns are so tiny and cute! Which is a perfect way to end the meal. Mantou are fried to a golden brown exterior, sandwiching ice cream in between. Crispy and hot on the outside, soft and cold on the inside! A match-made in heaven 😍
