銅鑼灣覓食記!雖然銅鑼灣已經去到閉眼都會走但還是有很多餐廳一直放在口袋清單這次終於來到銅鑼灣的 ʟɪᴛᴛʟᴇ ʙᴀᴏ 吃小包包了ʟɪᴛᴛʟᴇ ʙᴀᴏ 雖在 ғᴀsʜɪᴏɴ ᴡᴀʟᴋ 隱世一角但平日晚餐人流仍然很旺燈光昏暗配醒目小包包霓虹燈 ʟᴏɢᴏ設開放廚房 主打各類中式漢堡包及美食最近還推出了夏季限定菜單𓋪 牛河薯條𓋪 酒煮大蜆𓋪 炸雞脆脆薯條和炸雞不愧為超火紅的兩款小食加入港式鹹香牛河風味的薯條更惹味聽從店員推薦 炸雞點了四川風味 辣度不高外皮香脆帶麻 內裏肉質 ᴊᴜɪᴄʏ 嫩滑最最最有驚喜的是以紹興酒入饌的大蜆每隻都肥美鮮甜 浸著帶濃郁酒香的牛油湯下層鋪滿濕潤綿綿薯蓉 層次豐富𓋪 招牌豬腩包𓋪 炸三黃雞包來到小包包 每桌人手一包點了兩款最招牌的跟友人分享友人喜歡肥瘦均勻 帶甜甜醬汁的豬腩包慢煮豬腩肉軟稔程度可入口迅速化開!我仍舊喜歡外 ᴄʀɪsᴘʏ 内 ᴊᴜɪᴄʏ 的三黃雞包厚厚一塊卻不柴身 花椒沙律醬帶出風味加上像刈包一樣煙韌口感的包體 很好吃喜歡吃中式包點的我 覺得加分𓋪 瑪格麗特雪糕包𓋪 鹽味雪糕包以招牌雪糕包甜品作結 上下以微溫炸饅頭的包體夾著雪糕一冷一熱的口感相當豐富 記得盡快享用其中新推出的瑪格麗特雪糕包用酸甜蕃茄果醬配搭芝士冰淇淋清新又帶點解膩的神奇口味 𓎺 ʏᴜᴢᴜ ᴍᴀᴘʟᴇ sᴏᴅᴀ𓎺 ɢᴜᴀᴠᴀʟᴀᴅᴀ雖然配啤酒才是王道不過他們的無酒精特飲也相當有特色鮮柚子梳打水入口清爽解油膩濃郁果香的番石榴柚子梳打粉粉嫩嫩杯邊灑上梅子粉添上少許鹹香今次晚餐相當豐富既滿足友人想吃牛河薯條的期待又能滿足我安可三黃雞的慾望:)查看更多

想食類似麵包類嘅餐廳但又覺得食漢堡包太Heavy夜晚食覺得消化唔嚟,點知朋友就搵到呢間Fusion嘅包類餐廳。入到餐廳氛圍偏暗嘅燈環境氣氛舒服。兩個人坐卡位唔使太逼,稱讚一下呢間坐得唔太逼,因為香港普遍餐廳普遍枱與枱之間都係比較偏逼。餐牌入面有算多款包類,但因為係晚餐關係所以唔可以叫半份要叫全個落餐之前侍應有提及,感覺應該唔係太大個所以可以接受。同朋友一齊share所以叫咗兩款,一款係招牌豬腩包一款係素包,建議呢類包要趁熱食唔可以擺太耐熱食同攤凍咗食,完全係兩個感覺。招牌豬腩包入面嘅份量都豬腩肉充足,而且入味都幾軟身,配咗少少紅薑,所以食落特別惹味。相反試咗素包之後覺得幾驚喜,上菜時候雖然見到素包嘅賣相唔係太吸引,但素包嘅黑松露醬係非常之芬香撲鼻,未食都聞到。而且佢加咗一啲酸菜喺中間中和咗黑松露嘅味道,感覺非常之清新。但係食嘅時候就唔太方便。因為份量好多素肉同菇會跌到周圍都係。另外仲叫多咗個酥炸香珍菇同埋紫菜墨魚丸。酥炸香珍菇炸得非常酥脆而且有花椒味非常香口,因為朋友覺得有啲辣咁啱侍應過嚟問食物如何,同佢講咗覺得好辣侍應主動Offer話幫我哋重新整過一碟服務好貼心。果然重新炸過一碟之後味道冇咁辣,而且亦都冇咁燶。另外酥炸紫菜墨魚丸感覺係最普通嘅一樣。旁邊有個醬汁可以點,個人認為齋食都已經味道足夠唔需要額外點,不過食食吓有啲油膩嘅話可以偶爾轉下口味查看更多

So blessed that Little Bao had given the warmest birthday celebration for my dear friend. Staff were welcoming and approachable. So sweet to allow us picking the seat and patiently introducing their signatures. We decided to try their set for two, four starters, two mains, two desserts and two drinks. Laksa fries were surprisingly delicious. Keeping laksa's original fishy spicy flavour while paired so well with the salty fries. Slices fishcakes were served together for a chew. Truffle fries were good as it should be. Extra slices mushrooms were served together which gave an extra umami. Strong truffle flavour from the sauce without making the fries soggy. Love it. Salted egg baby corn was a surprise. Personally found the pickled cabbages underneath was the star. Baby corn was crunchy and creamy because of the sauce. Preferably to wrap the sliced cabbage with the corn while consuming, for lighten the heaviness from the sour cream. Salted egg nibs gave a hint of saltiness. Sichuan chicken poppers were absolutely amazing! Crunchy thin batter while big thumb up on the well balanced seasonings on both the chicken and the batter. Moist juicy chicken with a great kick. Buns from both the main were absolutely soft. Even both sat for a while, it didnt go chewy or tough. Fish was crunchy and satisfying. Big filet and cooked to perfection. Love the cheesy indulgence. Big thick cut deep fried chicken in teriyaki sauce was incredibly juicy. Love to be served with slice cucumbers for some freshness. Both were thoughtfully designed combo. Desserts were in right amount of portion. Even after so much goodnesses, the little sweet 'buns' still gave your stomach a big hug. Seasonal pistachio bun was very good. Pistachio ice cream topped with pistachio sauce while sandwiched with a mini deep fried bun. Personally favourite was their matcha one. Very smart to pair matcha with condensed milk which tasted both earthy and mildly sweet. Buns were lightly crispy outside but not doughy. Absolutely amazing. Big thank you for the whole team celebrating my dear friend's birthday with joy, laughter and two free extra tequila shots! Definitely come back for continuous surprises and goodness! 查看更多
