Tofu: still warm, even after 10 min. Combined with a sweet scent from fresh mushrooms. A little oily.Dumplings: had a strong ginger flavour. Quite zesty. Siu Mai: use of real fish roe, not carrots. Fresh shrimps. Short Ribs with Black Pepper Sauce: not a lot, just a few pieces of meat (3) and 2 pieces of taro on the bottom. Mango Fried Rice: rice was not over cooked. Too much water would have made each grain of rice stick together. Chunks of mango brought sweetness to the rice; a great combo of

Fried noodles: some spices to combine with the thin slices of beef and noodles. A bit greasy.
Eggplant casserole: veggies were "swimming" in oil. Can't eat that too often.
BBQ pork buns: smelled good. Freshly baked.
The food was good. Some dishes were oily, but that's to be expected. Not bad.
