Reserved room and breakfast in St. Regis via for bday celebrationBreakfast was served in Drawing Room. Abalone & chicken congee was subtly prepared and served when the rice just burst and released its sweetness. i suggest not to add anything as the congee itself was well seasoned by abalone, chicken and rice. Bland yet savoury. Dim sum was not bad too! I especially like crispy lobster spring roll!!
