This is a classic Beef Bovine Offal and Brisket Noodles hawker store on the street in the middle of Central. Little bit hard to find because is located in the side street. Fresh daily in first come first serve bases. Normal will sell out the Bovine Offal around 3pm and will be closed around 5pm. The soup broth is light and clear. Not too much beef favour but it comes with some Chinese pickles and beans sprout which gives it a nice texture into it. Portion is not too big and might need to have tw
