I've been to Atas a few times to get my Singapore fix and to try various dishes. This time, I had the hokkien mee (the white one) and it was the best!!!  There was plenty of crispy pork lard, seafood and lime - and a great sambal. Perfect! I ate it all before I could take photos. The kopi and teh are the best in HK too. I'll be back! And bring friends!
