This restaurant is one of my fam’s fav to celebrate various festivals. We usually order seafood at the fish market nearby and the seafood will be transported to the restaurant directly.For seafood, we had shrimps, crabs, abalone, fish, clams etc. The fried shrimps were absolutely delicious! The onions were cooked to give a crispy texture and the shrimps were very fresh and there’s lots of meat! Aside from seafood, I highly recommend their grilled goose. It’s made on order so the goose came smoking hot with the skin still crispy and the meat extremely hit, tender and juicy. There’s also a thin layer of fat underneath the skin to give it an even more complex texture. Definitely better than those jn Sham Tseng!!
