I have to give 5 star for the food, it’s one of the best dim sum we have had. The siu mai, cheung fan, xiaolong boa, spring rolls were aromatic and really perfectly cooked. However the service was disappointing!! The waiter dropped and broke my glass of wine, then just walked off to get a cleaner without saying anything. No acknowledgement that the glass was dropped by him until we asked. Even then, no apology or replacement of the glass which was still half full!! We had asked them to keep our small cake in their fridge but when we got the cake back, it was almost melted!! If you couldn’t keep it for us, the don’t say ok, just say no and we could have handled it ourselves!! Didn’t return the paper bag with candles and the knife and we had ti then ti get it back!! Certainly didn’t expect this poor service at this place when the restaurant was not full or busy at all on a weekday!!! I really wanna go back again for the food but have been held back by this experience!! So sad
