Been eyeing the cakes at Bestow Coffee for the longest time and finally got to try them out! 💕🍰 Pic 1️⃣: Raspberry & Rose Lychee Mousse Cake - $60 hkd 🌹 — The simple and delicate design really caught my eye! This flavour combination is hard to go wrong with and works so well in cakes and desserts in general. The texture of the mousse was smooth and didn’t taste overly sweet. The texture of the mousse was smooth and didn’t taste overly sweet. All of the flavours were really well balanced and complimented each other nicely. The crunchy cake base and raspberry bits contrasted well with the mousse.

— So tasty! The pudding had a perfect smooth texture and consistency to it, whilst the caramel sauce had a deep, rich flavour which I loved. Nicely balanced with a dollop of fresh whipped cream.
Pic 3️⃣: Genmaicha Tofu Mousse Cake - $55 hkd 🍰
— Was most excited to try this out and will be returning for this! This is one of those cakes that you can’t stop eating because of how light it is! The genmaicha taste was aromatic and rich, perfectly paired with the subtlety of the tofu. The flavours were excellent together to create a light dessert.
Pic 4️⃣: Seared Hokkaido Scallop, Queen Crabmeat, Cucumber, Crab Roe, Okinawa Shikuwasa Jelly, Sourdough Toast w/ Salad - $118 hkd 🦀
— Very fresh ingredients and flavours. The scallops were well seasoned and seared perfectly. The crab was fresh and went well with the other flavours. Loved the shikuwasa jelly which gave the toast a nice acidity to it and made it extra appetising. Great for a light meal option.
Pic 5️⃣: Black Truffle Mushroom, Creamed Spinach, Grilled Portobello, Poppy Seed Bagel - $98 hkd 🥯
— The flavours in this were bold and delicious. The black truffle taste was strong but not overpowering. The spinach was super creamy and added moisture to the dish. Overall a great sandwich.
😋Taste: Really impressed with their selection of cakes, and flavours were all really well executed. Their savoury dishes were also very tasty.
📍Ambiance: Seating is spacious, interior is minimalistic. Staff are friendly.
⭐️Would visit again?: Yep!
