The place is a popular restaurant in Hong Jong for having beef noodles.You have different options you choice your noodles types.But I highly recommeded the e-mein ,which is the best.The noodles is soft and elastic. You also have options for choosing different types of beef or even a beef brisket in clear soup without noodles. The beef brisket is pretty good. However,the service was very rude, you need to eat super fast for them to turn over the tables quickly.
