Fur, fir, phir - goodness knows how it is spelt (Pho), but for sure this is pretty authentic, though of course i've never been to Vietnam so maybe i'd best just shut it but seriously the broth was really wonderful and the beef was a treat - shame i can't stand hofun noodles in soup! yup, it's a shocker because i'm sure that if i could like hofun noodles in soup i would have loved this dish, instead it was unremarkable, yet i was sure that most hofun punters would absolutely dig this dish. we

but seriously the broth was really wonderful and the beef was a treat - shame i can't stand hofun noodles in soup! yup, it's a shocker because i'm sure that if i could like hofun noodles in soup i would have loved this dish, instead it was unremarkable, yet i was sure that most hofun punters would absolutely dig this dish. we had some chook wings and a cheong fan type wrap (i love cheong fan - yes i know its the same stuff as hofun but hey i just can't eat those noodles in soup - fried like kway teow in Malaysia ok or in the thick starch stuff ok)...... anyways i could go on and on....
