Bad service!

Really bad service. The food and coffee are average, but what surprised me is their bad service. The staff is so rude and gave you a very unwelcome atmosphere. Literally no one SERVED you. I have to walk to the cashier area to order and check, thats fine, but the staff not only interrupted you but also gave you an impatient look, impatient tone. Why you charge 10% service fee while you gave us so bad service? Worst experience ever and will not visit again.
